Job Description
Reporting directly to the Production Manager at our Macon, MO manufacturing facility, local producers of Banquet, Healthy Choice, Marie Callender products and more, you will support several shifts depending on the need of the business. You will ensure a safe work environment while producing quality products at the lowest cost. You will help your team to deliver customer orders on time while promoting a culture of process improvement. You will lead production teams to ensure production guidelines are met within established timing, quality, and cost standards.
What Impact Will You Have on our Business?
- Monitor production to ensure that quality, productivity, and cost standards are maintained.
- Provide employee training to ensure that employees are performing job responsibilities.
- Administer plant rules, regulations and procedures.
- Evaluate performance, communicate with employees, and provide information for performance improvement.
- Help support plant and company safety programs, promoting a high level of awareness to defined employee safety requirements such as lock-out/tag-out, personal protective equipment, confined space entry.
Do You Have What It Takes?
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years+ management experience
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and loss
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
- Available to work weekends and flex hours

Compensation:
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
