We’re seeking a seasoned professional with 11+ years of experience to provide expert-level administrative support and leadership. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and driving organizational efficiency across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Independently manage calendars, appointments, and schedules for team members, optimizing time and prioritizing critical tasks.
- Meeting & Event Coordination
- Lead the planning and execution of high-profile meetings, conferences, and events—including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups—with exceptional attention to detail.
- Document Preparation & Review
- Prepare, edit, and review complex reports, presentations, and correspondence using advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other tools.
- Research & Reporting
- Conduct in-depth research, analyze data, and compile comprehensive reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Confidential Information Handling
- Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
- Budget & Financial Oversight
- Oversee budget management, expense tracking, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering outstanding communication and interpersonal support.
Qualifications
- 11+ years of administrative experience in a leadership capacity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
