We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our dynamic General OB-GYN team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive women's health services as part of a nationally recognized health system committed to delivering exceptional care to our diverse community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive gynecologic and obstetric care, including annual exams, contraception counseling, prenatal and postpartum visits.
- Perform procedures such as Pap smears, IUD and implant insertion/removal, and other office-based procedures as credentialed.
- Collaborate closely with OB-GYN physicians, nurses, and other team members to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Educate and counsel patients on women's health, pregnancy, and preventive care.
- Accurately document patient encounters in the EMR.
- Will also do Centering Pregnancy or become a Centering Pregnancy
provider. CICIP new goal is Premature Birth.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
- Current Ohio license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (or eligibility to obtain).
- National certification (WHNP/FNP or NCCPA).
- BLS certification required; DEA license or eligibility preferred.
- 1-2 years of OB-GYN experience preferred (new grads with relevant women's health training will be considered).
- Excellent communication, clinical, and patient education skills.
