Overview:

We’re seeking a highly organized and technically adept Enterprise Applications Manager to lead and support a suite of critical business applications, with a strong focus on Oracle enterprise systems. This role is ideal for someone with a blend of accounting knowledge, technical integration experience, and exceptional communication skills. You’ll be joining a small but impactful team of three, with the opportunity to grow into a Director-level position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support Oracle enterprise applications, especially AP/AR and OIC integrations.
  • Oversee and manage a portfolio of 5–7 enterprise applications including:
  • Oracle
  • Microsoft O365
  • Dayforce (HRIS)
  • Jira & Workflow Tools
  • AWD (Advanced Workflow for Insurance)
  • Citrix (managed by a third-party)
  • RingCentral
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business units, driving collaboration and ensuring alignment across departments.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.
  • Provide strategic direction and hands-on support where needed, without deep technical immersion.
  • Maintain and improve organizational workflows and application performance.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to “herd cats” and drive initiatives forward.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong background in accounting with a technologist mindset.
  • Experience with Oracle integrations and enterprise application ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with Adobe and Dayforce is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with hybrid work and occasional onsite presence in Austin.
  • Ready to step into a managerial role with growth potential into director-level leadership.
