Repligen is seeking a hands-on, skilled CNC Programmer and Operator with expertise in Mastercam to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality parts to specification. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of G-code, Mastercam, machining processes, and quality control standards.

This Assembler II position performs a wide variety of functions. Preparing material orders, inventory count, issuing material and recording the batch number on the BOM, assembling orders, and packaging. The employee also works as a team member in whatever capacity and job function is required to deliver a quality product to our customer in a timely fashion. This role will be based on Rancho Dominguez location and will report directly to the MFG Supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual assembly of PCX using connectors, adapters, tubing, modules, brackets and cable ties.
  • Responsible for packaging products, assembly of kits, assembling and packaging products according to the Bill of Materials and Operations Sequence per work Instructions.
  • Capable of operating small hand and power tools to assemble products.
  • Identifies quality problems and follows reporting procedures.
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and specifications as stated in Lot History Record for the assembly and verification of Sub-Assemblies and or Final Assemblies.
  • Ability to read simple schematic and isometric drawings/diagrams and be able to follow the assembly drawings according to job specifications.
  • Responsible for being the primary trainer of assembler 1 and ensuring training effectiveness.
  • Perform verifications and documentation review of work orders to ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices.
  • Clean, maintain, and operate automated production equipment per SOPs.
  • Keep working areas per the 5S requirements methodology.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of medical device assembly experience.
  • Experience working with SAP, hand tools, test equipment and good understanding of basic computer applications.

The estimated hourly rate/salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $21.00-$25.00. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package.
