JOB SUMMARY:
Efficient repair of defects in the finish of fiberglass boats or trailer fenders.
JOB DUTIES:
- Use of spray equipment to repair defects
- Use of sanders and buffers
- Use of hand tools
- Watch for additional defect not previously found
- Promote and maintain 5S & TVP standards
- Any other job duties assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to perform walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing/pulling for 10+ hours a day
- Work overtime as needed
- Color sensitive
- Detail oriented
- Ability to detect defects from very small to large in size
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in heat
- Ability to work around dust, chemical, fumes
- Manual dexterity
- Good coordination
- Have good quality habits
- Have good attendance habits
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
