Location: MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick
Bi-weekly Hours: 72.00
Shift: 7a-7p/7p-7a; rotating weekends, rotating holidays

Primary Patient Population:
- Post-surgical patients from approximately 14 different service lines
- Bariatric recovery
- Gender Affirming procedural recovery
- Acute Medical
Primary skills utilized/learned:
- In cooperation and conjunction with the nurse manager, plans, coordinates, and evaluates all unit activities impacting patient care delivery
- Holds self and staff accountable for identification, evaluation, documentation, and appropriate intervention of patients' needs to ensure quality
- Ensures the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice
- Works with the nurse manager to support unit operations, including practice and financial management.
Personnel ANM will work with:
- RN, LPNs, Patient Care Nursing Assistants (PCNAs), Nurse Interns, Providers, Social Workers, PT/OT, Speech Therapy, Dieticians
Number of beds on unit:
- 34 bed spaces (14 private rooms, 10 semi-private rooms)
Awards or Recognitions the unit has received:
- Team Award Recipient

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Current registered nurse licensure in the State of Ohio
- Current AHA certification(s) relevant to clinical practice area (as outlined in the RN Clinical Nurse job description).
- 2 years of experience as a registered nurse. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication, delegation, and problem-solving skills
