Job Summary
Medline has an immediate opening for an Associate Analyst Master Data Governance! This position is located in Mundelein, IL on a hybrid basis.The Associate Analyst Master Data Governance will perform intermediate level operational coordination, standard & ad hoc analysis, and project management to support material master data management, governance, and continuous improvement of the cross-functional Master Data Management processes for Manufacturing Divisions of Medline.
Job Description
Support the business with Microtek Division & General Kitting/Manufacturing master data management needs by executing day-to-day operational tasks to create new materials as well as properly maintain their master data throughout the material life cycle.
Work directly with internal teams (such as Kitting MDM, Microtek MDM, Central IMD) to solve cross-functional master data management challenges and drive continuous improvement in the business process efficiency as well as master data integrity.
Apply basic project management concepts & Excel techniques to develop reporting and support decision-making based on ad hoc analysis.
Evaluate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and best practices to improve operational efficiency, service, and master data integrity across SAP ECC and SAP S4 Hana, as well as across the Medline Manufacturing master data organization.
Provide updates on active projects, trending issues, performance metrics, and response efforts to stakeholders & business leadership.
Monitor for data accuracy, timeliness and integrity in data used in analysis and reporting. Communicate to appropriate personnel if data inaccuracies exist.
Develop productive working relationships and establish credibility with internal team members in a way that aligns with Medline culture and contributes to a positive and healthy workplace environment.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Architecture, Business Intelligence, Supply Chain Analytics, Industrial Engineering
1-3 years of professional experience in a manufacturing, data management and/or supply chain organization
Ability to think critically and apply analytical techniques to identify root causes of the operational/data issues
Ability to absorb large amounts of information, often seemingly unrelated, and sort it out to organize into a logical step-by-step operational process with critical path, business owners and proper dependencies
Self-motivation towards continuous improvement in the business process/data quality. Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM/VLOOKUP/PIVOT TABLE function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
Ability to work well with people, establish and maintain solid working relationships, within the internal team as well as cross-functionally, be willing and proactive to speak up and address questionable aspects of the operational process in a manner that is polite/respectful but at the same time effective.

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$59,280.00 - $85,800.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
