The Role
The Associate Financial Analyst is a member of the Finance Team delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis. The objective of this role is to provide support in multiple areas of work, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), budgeting, reporting, utilities, taxes, and various ad-hoc projects across the organization. The candidate will have a strong analytical approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and works collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with business partners throughout Fidelity Real Estate and develop an understanding of corporate real estate.

- Strong analytical and strategic skills combined with business and financial competence.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to influence business leaders
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 1+ years of experience in Finance
- Financial modeling and analysis
- Flexible, self-motivated teammate who brings energy, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity to the role
- Fast-paced organization, prioritize well under pressure, take ownership and accountability for your work
- Project management skills help you drive progress on cross-functional teams and initiatives
