Partnering with Aquent, you’ll join a dynamic team as an Associate Merchant, influencing product assortment strategies and visual merchandising for hundreds of stores. As an Associate Merchant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s in-store presence and product offerings. Collaborate with internal and external partners, analyze market trends, and contribute to product strategies that captivate customers and maximize sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your creative vision with analytical skills, making a direct impact on the brand’s retail success.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage brand relationships and maintain consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of brand and product strategies, shaping the product pipeline.
  • Prepare reports and provide analytical support to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute impactful product launch strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging brands.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects and system updates.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in merchandising or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.58 to $31.76 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
