Skills and Competencies

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance or related functions such as Audit, Risk, Legal, or business support/operations
  • Experience working in a regulated financial services environment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to read other languages is a plus
  • Strong task management skills with a focus on timely and error-free project delivery
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Copilot Studio
  • Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage policy deliverables
  • Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
  • Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use

Education

Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

  • Support the Compliance Policy & Communications Team in managing policy documentation and communications
  • Prepare, proofread, and draft policies, procedures, guidelines, and compliance guidance documents
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding policy deliverables and coordinate review sessions
  • Support policy review, approval, and certification processes
  • Execute quality control routines on team processes
  • Maintain policy inventory database using Power BI
  • Respond to internal and regulatory requests related to policy matters
  • Develop operating procedures aligned with best practice models
  • Prepare reports and other documentation for internal and regulatory use
  • Lead or support team projects and ad hoc deliverables
  • Create and maintain agentic AI policy tools using Copilot Studio

About the Team

Our Compliance Policy & Communications team is responsible for managing compliance-owned policies and related communications. We contribute to Moody's by ensuring regulatory alignment, enhancing internal policy transparency, and supporting ethical governance. By joining our team, you will be part of exciting work in compliance operations and policy innovation, including the adoption of AI tools like Copilot Studio to improve efficiency and responsible AI practices.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$134,400.00-$194,850.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
