The AVP Digital Banking is responsible for the performance, support and service experience of digital banking channels. Responsibilities include internal and external member support, budgeting and cost management, member experience management, vendor management, performance management, data analysis and reporting. This is a leadership role requiring a blend of technical aptitude, digital banking expertise and member-focused service delivery.· Digital Banking Strategy & Performance· Third-party Partnerships· Business Support and Collaboration· Budgeting and Cost Management· Member/User Experience Management
Foster and promote a safety-conscious and hostile-free work environment resulting in employee safety and well-being.
Essential Functions:· Lead and develop a team of professionals responsible for the performance, experience and competitive positioning of digital banking services· Closely collaborate with key stakeholders, including technology, product, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful delivery and support of digital banking services· Develop and execute goals that support corporate and departmental priorities· Establish, track and leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to effectively manage digital banking services· Plan for marketing and promotional opportunities to drive member awareness, adoption and engagement· Leverage analytics to inform business decisions and monitor performance of channels, features, marketing efforts and partnerships· Actively manage vendor/partner/fintech relationships and opportunities· Must remain current with the financial services landscape· Foster and grow good, strategic working relationships across the organization· Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations

Job Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Required Minimum Qualifications:· Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ related experience OR 5+ years of related experience· Self-managed self-starter capable of balancing multiple tasks and proactively prioritizing work under changing conditions· Excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on driving business outcomes• Experience with data analytics tools and marketing strategies is a plus· Experience working with cross-functional teams· Relevant experience within areas of the defined job responsibilities· Successful candidate should possess the following competencies: Creativity and Innovation, Decision Making, Interactive Communications, Relationship Building, Results Management · Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations
Preferred Qualifications:• Familiarity with current and emerging trends in the consumer retail banking industry• Previous experience in credit union or financial services industry.
