About this Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Well-Being Program Specialist to support the project management and delivery of our enterprise-wide Well-Being Program services. This role will be instrumental in coordinating and executing well-being initiatives, both onsite and virtually, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The ideal candidate will be passionate about employee wellness, highly organized, and experienced in event coordination and health promotion and have (EAP) Employee Assistance Program and mental health services.

In this Role, You Will:

  • Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of well-being programs tailored to employee and organizational needs.

  • Support the EAP and mental health program

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end logistics for onsite and virtual well-being events. - Schedule biometric screenings across multiple sites.

  • Collaborate with site leaders to promote mental health awareness and fitness initiatives.

  • Partner with vendors to deliver webinars and educational content. - Review and manage well-being communications with internal and external partners.

  • Track and report on engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement. - Present program recommendations and insights to stakeholders.

  • Ensure successful program design and implementation through cross-functional collaboration.

  • Support vendor management

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Benefits, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Well-Being program management.

  • Background in health promotion, health education, public health, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently. - Experience in project management and event coordination.

  • Familiarity with working in large-scale, geographically dispersed organizations.

  • Experience in vendor management

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.

  • Relocation assistance is not available.

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule.

  • This role is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$55,300.00 - $98,300.00
