Job Description

Our client is the Brand Design team of a fashion retailer seeking a Graphic Designer with fashion/retail or editorial experience for a 3-month assignment to start (through end of February) with possible extension. This is a 40-hour/week hybrid opportunity that will be onsite in the NYC office 3x/week (Tues-Thurs).

The Graphic Designer will design the assets that populate their Amazon premium brand store and other wholesale channels.

Responsibilities:
- Create industry leading storytelling and design solutions in partnership with Design leadership and Brand Marketing
- Deliver digital and print executions in response to briefs, while adhering to brand standards to effectively engage customers
- Design assets for wholesale channels across print and digital
- Follow design templates and brand guidelines
- Execute final production of design deliverables

Requirements:
- 4+ years of graphic design experience within fashion/retail, including digital
- Proficiency in Adobe CS and Figma
- Bachelor's degree in Design or similar field
- Awareness of the Amazon space and how brands look there is preferred
- Experience designing for retail wholesalers, such as Saks, Nordstrom, etc. is a bonus
- Strong skills in typography and layout for digital design
- Skills in production design and willingness to execute
- Ability to work with ambiguity and take ownership of projects when needed
- Excellent attention to detail

Previous experience with lifestyle/beauty brands is a plus!

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
