Call Center Business Sales Customer Solutions Rep (Sardis Rd) (Bilingual Spanish) - $18 per Hour Plus Commission & Incentives

Our agents earn an hourly base pay of $18.00 along with lucrative commission and incentives for a target hourly earnings of $27.08/hour or $53,623 annually. Top performers can earn $77,300, plus incentives. You may also qualify for free internet, TV and phone services (restrictions do apply).

On the Call Center Business Customer Solutions team, you'll find solutions to maintain and grow existing relationships with our business customers who request to downgrade or disconnect their Spectrum services. In this role you should be goal-orientated, motivated to succeed, and focused on the customer experience. Days are busy and fast-paced, with numerous opportunities to work with others while building meaningful contacts and connections. You'll enjoy an established training program, ongoing mentorship, and long-term career growth on our team. You will be able to use your way with words to engage your callers, supporting the range & power of Spectrum's unique products and their value to generate sales. WHAT OUR CALL CENTER BUSINESS CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS SALES REPRESENTATIVESS ENJOY MOST ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Responsible for skillfully retaining customers through positive customer relationship building. This includes but is not limited to: diffusing the irate customer situation by utilizing strong listening skills and probing techniques and identifying reason(s) for disconnect and overcome objections
  • Creating developing long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Developing customer centric solutions and deliver recommendations to right size their business on product benefits
  • Working through business class customer complaints through understanding the complexity of business telecom needs and how to right size their business. Act as a consultant addressing business needs
  • Professionally communicating and handling all business class customers concerns with tact and empathy for a business owner perspective
  • Saving and re-selling the value of our products and services by properly aligning their features, benefits and price with the needs of our customers by effectively transitioning from the Save to upgrading the customer to additional products and services
  • Educating commercial customers on the competitive advantages of Business products, services and support

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Technical skills: Can effectively trouble-shoot technical problems
  • Language: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English (Spanish - English, Bilingual)
  • Skills: Knowledge of Charter Business Internet, video, music, data, and telephone products and services. Knowledge of Business Telecom complexities. Problem solver with effective persuasion skills
  • Abilities: Can demonstrate a record of success in your sales career to date. Can empathize with the customer. Ability to work independently; highly motivated and detail-oriented. Can show judgment and initiative. Can communicate in a clear, professional manner. Ability to use computer and software applications (i.e. CSG, Sales force, survey software)
  • Working conditions: Office work environment
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call Center Experience in the areas of customer service and or phone/sales - 2+ years
  • CSG billing software experience preferred
  • B2B sales experience
  • Telecommunications or Premise Based Voice and Data product sales
