Job Description

Hyatt Regency St Louis at the Arch

The Hotel Chief Engineer will be responsible primarily for the supervision and execution of general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance in/on:

  • Guest rooms
  • Meeting space
  • Front of house areas
  • Back of house areas (kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems)
  • Major equipment & systems using a Windows based computer system

  • EPA Certified
  • Locksmith skills
  • Ability to read blueprints & schematics preferred
  • Basic trouble shooting
  • Experience in Industrial, Electrical, and Building maintenance, HVAC, Chillers, and Pumps
  • Building maintenance experience required
  • Communication
  • Experience with Windows computer systems
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Able to push/pull/lift 50lbs
  • Open availability to include weekends and holidays
