The Houston office of McGuireWoods seeks an Associate to join its Commercial Litigation Department.

- Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm setting.

- Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
- Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
- Texas Bar is required.
