In this role, the Configuration Analyst will support Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives related to engineering tools development. The candidate shall work under the guidance of the Systems Engineering Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validation and testing of PLM tool functionality
• Directly supporting the Systems Engineering Manager on a daily basis
• Creating training/best practice documentation

Basic Qualifications:
• Must have a Bachelor degree AND 2 years of related professional/military experience OR a Master degree AND 0 years of related professional/military experience
• Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance (with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance prior to the commencement of employment
Preferred Qualifications:
• Understanding of NX and modeling
• Knowledge of Teamcenter and NX (or equivalent PDM/PLM applications)
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum processes and methodologies
• Experience with JIRA
• Experience with creating/managing Kanban boards
• Professional certifications
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and recommendations
• Ability to work in a dynamic working environment
Primary Level Salary Range: $63,800.00 - $95,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
