Contract Length: 6-month

Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics: This role is responsible for providing comprehensive support and administration of the organization’s Learning Management System (Cornerstone On Demand), including monitoring the LMS support email box, troubleshooting issues, and delivering timely, high-quality customer service to business partners such as instructional designers, facilitators, and HR business partners. The position involves supporting learning program launches and initiatives through requirements gathering, testing, configurations, and issue resolution, as well as utilizing a test environment to explore and validate system functionality. Additional responsibilities include building, analyzing, and delivering basic reports such as historic transcripts, open class reports, and completion records, while ensuring the accuracy of all information entered into the learning system. The role also encompasses handling special projects and performing other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the learning program.
