As a Data Science Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s leadership. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical assistance to executives, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of their devices and systems. This includes proactive maintenance, efficient problem-solving, and training executives on how to effectively utilize their technology. Your expertise will directly contribute to a productive and efficient work environment for the company’s top decision-makers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide on-site technical support to executive-level employees, addressing their technology needs with urgency and professionalism.
  • Install, configure, and maintain various equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions to executive workflows.
  • Train VIP employees on the proper use and care of their equipment, empowering them to confidently utilize technology.
  • Manage and maintain an inventory of parts and equipment, ensuring readily available resources for service calls.
  • Adhere to safety regulations, promoting a secure work environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with VIP employees, fostering high levels of satisfaction and trust.
  • Prioritize high-profile clients and their immediate technical needs.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to facilitate prompt and effective assistance.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in a field service or similar role with a strong customer service focus.
  • Solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills across various equipment types.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and share knowledge.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Technical degree or certification in a related field.
  • Experience supporting executives in a corporate environment.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $26.46 to $29.40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
