Our client in the feminine wellness space is looking for a Creative Strategist to join their team, fully remote, 40 hours per week. As the company scales across direct to consumer, retail, and wholesale channels, they are looking for the perfect addition to help define the conversation around women's health, craft compelling content that resonates, and drive performance through innovative creative strategies.
Must have experience with feminine wellness, women's health in the consumer space.
What You'll Do as a Creative Strategist:
- Lead end-to-end development of creative strategies for Meta-first campaigns (UGC, ads, hooks, iterations)
- Collaborate with media buyers to translate performance data into actionable creative direction
- Maintain a rolling pipeline of fresh ad concepts aligned with trends, audience psychology, and brand voice
- Analyze campaign data to identify top-performing creatives and areas for improvement
- Own the feedback loop with media buyers, turning insights into iterative ad briefs
- Run A/B tests and scale winning creatives while sunsetting underperformers
- Write clear, conversion-driven briefs for UGC creators, photographers, and videographers
- Manage external creative partners to ensure timely, on-brand asset delivery
- Own the visual storytelling across all channels
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, creator content, and competitor strategies
- Identify whitespace opportunities to differentiate our messaging and creative approach
Requirements for the Creative Strategist:
- Proven experience building creative strategy for a DTC brand or agency, with a strong portfolio of performance-driven creative
- Data-obsessed but brand-loyalyou know how to balance performance with storytelling
- Deep understanding of creative that performs on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can juggle multiple projects
- Fluent in performance metrics: CTR, thumb stop ratio, MER, hook rate, ROAS
- Collaborative, positive, and passionate about building a category-defining wellness brand for women
- Strong background in data analytics and comfortable working closely with media buyers
