Engages with cross-functional Business Unit partners to collect client impact analysis insights and provide reports that are utilized for strategic planning, tactical execution, and issues resolution. Leverage technical skills to establish feedback tracking and prioritization capability, provide regular project/initiative status updates, and create meaningful reports that improve business capabilities.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Collaborates with internal clients, up-to, and including senior leaders, to understand data/reporting requirements, then design, develop and delivery reports and insights to satisfy the need. Consultations may be for one-off, recurring, or for project-related needs.
2.Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and tools and create PowerPoint presentations which tell a compelling story using data and analytics
3.Gather and analyzes data that is acquired for a project, generating actionable insights and recommendations from large and complex datasets.
4.Identify process improvements using tools and technical skills, while ensuring adherence to all internal and external policies and procedures for data governance.
5.Support the collection and tracking of teammate feedback that enables awareness and prioritization; track and report project/initiative status to leadership and enterprise teams.
6.Support efforts to prepare and maintain necessary initiative and project materials and artifacts, including business cases, process mapping, prioritization, project plans/task lists, business readiness materials, and post-project follow up.
7.Maintain knowledge of data and database structure to deliver meaningful reports and analysis; execute data and report validation to support ongoing quality assurance processes; As needed, identify data integrity issues, and provide feedback to ensure any issues are remediated.
8.Serves as an individual contributor whose work is guided by a more senior member of the team while promoting a cohesive, inclusive, team-oriented culture aligned with the Truist purpose, mission, and values.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent education or related training
2. 2-5 years of reporting and analytics experience
3. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI (e.g. formulas, modelling)
5. Experience creating PowerPoint presentations to tell a compelling story using data and analytics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or Six Sigma Certification
- Experience collaborating with teams involved with report automation efforts, building models and/or bot capabilities to assist in project and business process improvements
- Experience with business intelligence visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Visier) Project management and process improvement skills
