Enterprise Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management provides worldwide technology and support to all businesses under the Fidelity Investments umbrella, balancing Access Control requirements with supporting users' access and security needs. The Cybersecurity Consultant's role will focus primarily on operations, reporting, data analysis, and implementing proactive measures to support key access controls.
The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring
Experience interpreting access control data and translating it into actionable reporting to support operational decisions.
Familiarity working within structured processes using existing reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to derive insights from enterprise source systems.
Ability to connect to source databases and understand data relationships relevant to access and identity governance.
Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating access data
Understanding of IAM principles, particularly related to access removal and compliance tracking
Experience identifying data inconsistencies or control gaps and proposing improvements or corrective actions.
Customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate with business, operations, and technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, Python, PowerAutomate) is a plus, though not a core requirement.
Exposure to Agile delivery environments
College Degree and Fidelity Access Management experience are preferred.

The Access Analytics team is responsible for operational reporting and metrics within Identity and Access Management. We partner across Operations, Development, and the Business. Our team members utilize strong written/verbal communication to convey trends and opportunities.
