TMHNA is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Leader to provide comprehensive human resources support and guidance to our network of equity dealers. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, ensuring alignment of HR practices across the network while supporting compliance, culture, and operational consistency. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both internal stakeholders, equity dealer principals and HR professionals, including TINA (Toyota Industries North America) and the TMHNA Distribution Management team, to strengthen people practices and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with dealers to understand their unique business needs and deliver tailored HR solutions that support growth, performance, and a positive workplace culture.
