Job Description

We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our team in Chicago, IL. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite. Mondays and Fridays are usually remote.

As a Demand Planner reporting to the Demand Planning Manager, you will develop and maintain accurate forecasts. You will focus on identifying volume drivers to improve forecast accuracy, highlighting risks, and supporting proactive action plans to ensure delivery of business objectives.

What you'll do in this role:

  • Drive the monthly forecast consensus process for assigned brands by engaging cross-functional teams to develop short- and long-term demand plans.

  • Collaborate with key partners to gather consistent forecast inputs, address gaps, and ensure alignment across functions.

  • Ensure successful execution of customer promotions and new item launches through effective planning and integration of key inputs.

  • Communicate forecast changes to all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.

  • Monitor and report forecast accuracy, leading continuous improvement of forecasting processes, tools, and systems.

  • Support annual planning and present insights that drive understanding, alignment, and informed decision-making.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or related field

  • 2+ years experience in production/inventory/demand planning environment or a collaborative function in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry

  • Understanding of supply chain processes and the impact of demand planning

  • Proficiency with forecasting tools such as SAP, APO, SAS and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with Sales and Operations Planning and related planning processes

Compensation:

Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee's actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees' equity.Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
