Job Description
ProbateThis class but not limited to: scheduling appointments for the public who need to Probate estates, file for Guardianships, Conservators, and any other needs, i.e., able to handle financial, real estate. When receiving applications for Probate matters and scheduling appointments and working with our criminal, civil or land record and deeds divisions. This class is also responsible to gather, organize, research, and examine information based on the data/information collected.
Receive, record and/or update Probate files with our Court Management system. Researching Probate Estates and Property information. Indexing and scanning daily work into the Logan System for it to be uploaded to the public. Must be prepared to learn Loagan's new LEAP. Will be able to do each team member's tasks.
