Key Responsibilities
- Act as a lead compensation consultant to HR Business Partners and senior business leaders, identifying and implementing solutions that address complex organizational challenges and align with our compensation philosophy.
- Lead the development and implementation of competitive incentive programs-including sales and special incentive plans. Ensure effective communication, accurate administration, and ongoing evaluation of program success.
- Drive enterprise-level compensation projects and processes. Conduct market analyses and recommend updates to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry trends.
- Partner across compensation teams and global stakeholders to lead initiatives that span organizational boundaries.
- Develop and deliver compensation education for HR, leaders, and employees through formal training and one-on-one consultations. Create communication strategies for new or updated programs, including year-end compensation materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
- 7-10 Years' relevant experience.
- Proven experience leading compensation strategy and programs in a complex, global organization
- Deep expertise in incentive design, market analysis, and compensation consulting
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Collaborative mindset and ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Profession (GRP)
- Financial services, professional services or insurance industry experience.
- Global compensation experience
- Previous experience of major organizational changes, including reorganizations, M&A activities.

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $131,000 - $176,900 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
