The Role
Stock Plan Services, an equity compensation services division of Fidelity Investments, is seeking an experienced Director of Product Analysis. As a Director of Product Analysis, you will lead complex analysis efforts that span multiple teams and product areas. You will bring deep knowledge of the development lifecycle, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to navigate cross-business dependencies. This role requires understanding integrated end-to-end journeys, capturing business needs across diverse stakeholders, and shaping future-state solutions that enable execution across domains.
You will ensure clarity of scope and priorities across product areas by driving alignment on analysis deliverables.
You will leverage your technical aptitude and curiosity to quickly learn new systems and apply best practices that enhance solution design and execution.

- Lead end-to-end analysis for complex initiatives, ensuring clarity of scope, dependencies, and impacts across multiple teams and platforms.
- Drive discovery and solution design conversations with business and technology stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable requirements and technical considerations.
- Own upfront analysis and planning, providing clear documentation and recommendations that enable informed decision-making by leadership.
- Serve as a technical thought partner, leveraging knowledge of brokerage platforms, money movement systems, and related domains to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities.
- Coordinate across teams to align on priorities, resolve impediments, and ensure timely delivery of analysis deliverables in support of product features and initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and fostering collaboration across product, technology, and business groups.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 7+ years' experience in business or product analysis, with exposure to complex systems and cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience with brokerage technology or ability to quickly learn complex financial systems.
- Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and collaborating across multiple business units.
- Able to work with ambiguity and uncertainty, quickly learn new technologies, and lead requirement gathering and gap analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused, data-driven approach.
- Effectively translate business needs into use cases and propose solutions to enhance value delivery.
- Ability to lead, influence, and motivate colleagues without formal authority.
- Intellectually curious and committed to fostering a culture of learning and coaching.
- Confident in technical discussions, assessing trade-offs, and influencing execution paths with development teams.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities.
The Team
Stock Plan Services (SPS) provides companies with outstanding administration for their equity compensation programs, including stock option, restricted stock, employee stock purchase, stock appreciate and performance plans. SPS Product Development supports the business and technology work streams that deliver against approved initiatives including new products for emerging markets and improvements to existing products.
