A Day in the Life:
As the Director - Foodservice Sales, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Foodservice Distribution business. This role will be responsible for achieving revenue and market share growth while building strong customer relationships and leading a high-performing sales team.

Make decisions aligned to Bunge's global strategy, business needs and financial goals and explore new perspectives by driving innovation.
Cultivate strong relationships and networks, effectively influence others, and develop talent to excel in their current and future roles.
Develop data driven strategies aligned with Bunge's priorities, energize others to action through clear and compelling communication.
* Develop and implement sales strategies
* Lead and manage sales team
* Lead foodservice broker relationship
* Build and maintain relationships with leadership at key customers
* Work with Marketing to develop training, promotions, and sales enablement tools
* Work cross functionally to negotiate and close deals
* Sales forecasting and reporting
Skills/Experience Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* 10+ years of progressive experience in foodservice sales and marketing.
* Substantial experience in a leadership role managing a sales team.
* An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
* 50% travel required.

The compensation range for this position is $138,960.00 - $156,330.00. In addition to the regular compensation, this role is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
