Responsibilities:
- Developer:
- Execute email campaigns with serious customer segmentation, testing protocols, and technical execution.
- Apply best practices in email development, email compliance regulations, and accessibility.
- Set up, test, and launch complex email campaigns with dynamic content, and ability to troubleshoot HTML, CSS, and other performance issues.
- Perform coding database tasks as required, of course.
- Make our email the best email by modernizing and evolving of how we design, build, and deploy email.
- Business:
- Ensure on time delivery of deliverables. This one is listed first for a reason.
- Proactively improve processes and work methods for greater efficiency.
- Be detail oriented and a self-starter.
- Work well in a team environment and build relationships.
- Collaborate with colleagues in different business groups to resolve issues and develop technical solutions.
- Enjoy sharing knowledge and growing the skills of fellow team members.
- Analyze complex business and systems requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex system issues in layperson terminology.
- Work confidently with business partners, sometimes the most senior of the seniors.
- Learn the business and marketing functions you support.
- Be eager to learn from coworkers, marketing partners, C2 departments, tech platforms, and award books.
- Approach each project with a positive, "we-can-make-this-great" frame of mind.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $54 to $60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
