Job Description
The Department of Emergency Medicine of the MetroHealth System, a principal teaching hospital of the Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) School of Medicine, is seeking additional faculty to join our growing team at our Parma campus hospital. Our physicians are involved in clinical care, teaching, research, and other academic pursuits.
Qualified applicants should hold an MD, DO, and must be board certified or eligible in Emergency Medicine. Applicants should possess excellent clinical and technical skills, and have a strong interest in teaching, and active collaboration in multidisciplinary patient care.
The MetroHealth System is a nationally recognized academic medical center and tertiary referral center with 731 licensed beds. MetroHealth is an integrated health system with an acute care hospital housing a Level I Adult Trauma and Burn Center and one of the largest, most comprehensive health care providers in Ohio with more than 700 primary care and specialty care physicians. All active staff physicians in the Department of Surgery hold faculty appointments at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine.
