FP&A Financial Advisor
Job Description

Summary:
Manages the function responsible for the preparation and distribution of financial statements for the organization. Ensures that all reports and disclosures comply with applicable governmental regulations, professional standards, and organizational policies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serves as the Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) lead for balance sheet and income statement monthly and quarterly forecast in partnership with the bank finance and asset liability management teams
• Engage with the various line of businesses and support areas to implement the technology and investment board financial proforma review process
• Build reporting tools, and macro excel workbooks to enhance the financial management analytics and data tracking processes
• Manage the development and implementation of new or revised policies and procedures as required for fiscal tracking and reporting.
• Performs all other duties as assigned
Supervisory Responsibilities:
1. Directly responsible for directing, coordinating, and evaluating designated units or certain personnel in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; providing pay change recommendations; disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:
1. Bachelor (4-year college) degree and 12+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
