Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join a high-impact team delivering digital solutions that improve operations, planning, and customer experience. The role is focused on developing modern applications in a Lean/Agile MVP environment, with ownership over end-to-end features.
Responsibilities
•Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using Azure, .NET, and React.
•Build and maintain APIs, integrations, and SQL-based data queries/stored procedures.
•Enhance existing platforms while developing new features from the ground up.
•Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly solutions.
•Contribute to architecture discussions and provide recommendations on best practices.
•Support rapid prototyping and iteration based on user feedback.
Requirements
•5+ years’ experience as a full stack engineer.
•Strong proficiency with .NET (C#) and Azure PaaS services (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, Storage).
•Front-end development expertise in React (TypeScript/JavaScript).
•Strong SQL skills with experience writing queries and stored procedures.
•Proven success working in Agile teams and delivering MVPs.
•Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
•Experience with Sitecore or CMS-driven applications.
•Prior work on kiosks, wayfinding, or digital signage solutions.
•Familiarity with security best practices (PII, OWASP).

•Contract position.
•Location: Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite at head office near Toronto Pearson Airport.
