The Azalea at Delray Beach, a Leisure Care-managed community, is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager / Executive Director to lead our team. What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and team members.
- Ensure high resident and employee satisfaction across all departments.
- Oversee community operations, compliance, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct operational audits and uphold company policies.
- Manage monthly financial performance, reporting, and forecasting.
- Develop annual business plans and budgets.
- Maintain the building, equipment, and physical assets to brand standards.
- Guide sales planning and community growth initiatives.
- Drive a culture of innovation, customer service, and fun.
- Stay current on industry trends and proactively implement improvements.
What You'll Bring
- Senior living industry experience required.
- 3 years of progressive management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee multiple departments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A passion for hospitality, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional service.

Salary range $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 Annually
