Job Description

Our healthcare client is searching for a Graphic Designer/Project Manager to join their Marketing Department. This role combines visual design with the ability to manage and coordinate marketing projects from concept through completion. 

This is slated to be 40hrs/week for 3 months to start. This is onsite in Monterey, CA. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Graphic Design (Approx. 60%): 

  • Design marketing materials including flyers, brochures, ads, and event collateral. 
  • Maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms and channels. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and external teams to translate ideas into impactful visual assets. 
  • Support design needs across departments as required. 

Project Management (Approx. 40%): 

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and projects. 
  • Manage timelines, task assignments, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on schedule. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders. 
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to leadership. 
  • Familiar with project management tools and processes. 

Qualifications: 

  • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and project coordination/management role, preferably in a marketing or creative environment. 
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing a range of work. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles, brand consistency, and digital media best practices. 
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or similar). 
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior marketing experience in healthcare.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
