Our client is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their small, collaborative team for a maternity leave coverage. The ideal candidate will have strong design sensibility, understand brand systems, and be comfortable working hands-on while maintaining oversight of brand consistency. Experience in designing for eCommerce, retail, and health & wellness preferred.
This role will require occasional onsite meetings at their office in Rockville, MD, and will be 40 hours a week. The position starts Jan. 2026.
Graphic Designer Responsibilities:
- Execute creative concepts across digital, email marketing, and packaging
- Maintain and evolve the brand design system
- Collaborate with a 4-person team and consultants, taking feedback and contributing ideas
- Develop storytelling through design from concept to execution
Graphic Designer Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience with eCommerce brands and small teams
- Knowledge of packaging and print design
- Experience working in-house for a brand is preferred
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid schedule in Rockville, MD
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
