Graphic Designer - Corporate/ Finance - 5 days onsite
Job Description
Our client, an investment management firm, is looking for a Mid-level Graphic Designer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional portfolio and the ability to move quickly on a variety of projects.
You must be NY-based with the ability to go to the office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities
-Own the creation and evolution of various brand-aligned touchpoints from concept to execution. This includes a mixed range of marketing and integrated materials, in-person experiences, and visual communications.
-Develop day-to-day creative solutions across all mediums: Marketing collateral; Digital assets; Environmental design; Presentations; Invitations; Ads; etc.
-Collaborate with the global design team to deliver high-quality materials in a timely manner
-Support the execution of firmwide marketing touchpoints supporting business priorities & client acquisition/retention strategies.
-Build upon brand guidelines to design and produce consistent brand-aligned materials across all touchpoints
-Be an active member of a collaborative and creative work environment, encouraging innovation and a results-driven mindset.
-Manage time efficiently and communicate effectively
-Proactively provide quality assurance across every project
Qualifications
-7+ years of professional experience within a corporate environment
-Expertise in creating concepts, designs, and specifications for platforms, including print, web, email, social, and environments
-Financial industry work experience a plus
-Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects
-Experience working and collaborating with executives and presenting design ideas effectively
-Deep knowledge of current design trends and best practices with a focus on usability and the customer
-Excellent time management skills with a strong and professional work ethic
-Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to work independently
-Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)
-Proficient in Figma
-Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Ability to proofread and review work for accuracy and consistency
-Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization.
