Summary:
The HRIS Analyst will provide global Human Capital Management system support to all our HR functions including: HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning. The successful candidate will be highly confidential, analytical, process and detailed oriented, customer focused and bring a strong understanding of the SuccessFactors HCM system.
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for the administration, break-fix and overall support of our various SuccessFactors HCM modules: Employee Central, Reporting and Analytics/Dashboards, Position Management, Recruitment (SuccessFactors), Onboarding, Learning Management
- Serves as a technology business partner to gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translates them into an effective system design, while considering and anticipating organizational impact.
- Responsible for conducting regular system and data audits, reporting, system training as requested and system testing.
- Other Duties include but not limited to:
- Ability to adjust to rapidly chaning responsibilities.
- Ensure data security and standards are adhered to.
- Must be able to adjust daily work schedule to meet the needs of our European and Asian time zones.
- May perform other duties and participate on special projects as asigned.
Qualifications:
- BS degree plus 2-3 years professional HR experience (or the equivalent in professional and HRIS experience)
- HRIS experience with SuccessFactors system a must
- Project management experience
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities a must and good problem solving skills
- Understanding of IT integration processes
