Duration: 6 months (possible extension) - 40 hours/week
Location: Menomonee Falls, WI (onsite 5 days per week required).
Start Date: Early January
Schedule: Full-time, onsite 5 days per week
About the Role:
Our manufacturing client is seeking a Junior Production Artist to join their creative team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented designer looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll work closely with senior designers to produce high-quality digital assets that support marketing and brand initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with senior designers to create and refine digital assets, including banner ads, email templates, and social media content.
- Translate spreadsheet data and project requirements into clear, visually appealing graphic solutions.
- Ensure all designs meet brand standards and are optimized for digital platforms.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop (experience with animation or other digital tools is a plus).
- Hands-on experience creating digital assets such as banner ads, emails, and social content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
