A Day in the Life:
Labor/Utility is responsible for performing general laborer duties to maintain a clean plant area. Additionally, this role is responsible for demonstrating a commitment to supply safe food, maintain a food safety culture within the site, continually improve the site's food safety management system, and comply with customer and regulatory requirements.
Position Details:
Rotating shift: 7a-7p | 7p-7a with overtime, call-out availability, weekends/holidays, and rotating shift availability required
Rate of pay: $24.30 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
- Shovel and sweep product to maintain clean plant area
- Operate hand tools, forklift, bobcat, backhoe and other mobile equipment
- Climb steps/ladders, work in high places and confined spaces
- Work outdoors and in all types of weather
- Work safely and communicate effectively
- Must be willing to train to advance into different job classifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and a high level of dedication to safety
- Ability to work primarily in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior experience in a plant or similar environment
