Here, you'll find a collaborative culture that respects and values differences and colleagues who share a spirit of generosity. **Role Summary**This Lead Software Engineer will be part of the Workflow Solutions team, support the Process & Automation Center of Excellence (PACE) and will contribute to the development, technology oversight and on-going support of the technology leveraged for building enterprise workflow processes that will improve efficiency, reduce risk, and improve business user and client experience. In this role you will design, develop, modify, adapt and implement short- and long-term solutions to information technology needs through new and existing applications, systems, databases and applications infrastructure. You will review and interpret system requirements and business processes as well as code, test, debug, and implement software solutions. You will also:- Serve as a resource for colleagues with less experience **Responsibilities** **Qualifications** **Required:** - Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND 8+ years of total relevant work experienceIn-depth knowledge and expertise in your job discipline and working knowledge of related disciplinesExperience with ServiceNow, Appian, or other enterprise workflow tools.Experience with RPA tools ( Blue Prism/Appian RPA) a plus.Proven ability and interest in learning new technologies.- Experience with Java and AWS.- Experience with automated testing.**FINRA Requirements** FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. **Work Flexibility** This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to three days per week from home. Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual's relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
