The Manager Digital Banking Support leads a team responsible for the support and administration of digital banking services. Areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to, user right reviews, member and employee support and contact for issue resolution, ticket tracking and related communications, interfacing with internal business partners and third-parties regularly, and testing functionality in support of releases and changes to environments. * Administration of platforms for digital banking services
* Regularly interface with vendor partners to manage ongoing operational items and service levels
* Provide second and third-level support for digital banking services
* Actively monitor and manage operational activity across channels for anomalies and manage/escalate accordingly
* Support user acceptance testing for releases and other changes to the digital banking environment
* Foster and grow good working relationships across the organization
* Effectively communicate priorities and manage workloads across a team of digital support specialists and business analysts to support operational stability
* Must remain current with the financial services technology landscape to ensure support solutions are sufficient to deliver on organizational needs

Job Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Required Minimum Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in business, technology or a related field or will exhibit a comparable level of training and relevant practical experience
* 3+ years of related experience with the essential functions
* 1+ years of hands-on experience in a role that supports members through the use of core banking and related software applications
* Experience in product and vendor management
* Self-managed self-starter capable of balancing multiple tasks and proactively prioritizing work under changing conditions
* Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
* Political savvy and skills needed to navigate complex organizations, including communication, interpersonal relations, and project leadership
* Relevant experience within areas of the defined job responsibilities
Critical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills
* Successful candidate should possess the following competencies: Creativity and Innovation, Decision Making, Interactive Communications, Relationship Building, Results Management.
* Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations. Must be performing satisfactorily in current position.
* MBA, MS or similar graduate degree or credentials
* Familiarity with current and emerging trends in the consumer retail banking industry
