Job Title: Marketing Project Coordinator
Location: Marlborough, MA OR Minneapolis, MN, Hybrid on-site
Duration: 6+ month contract

We are looking for a Marketing Project Coordinator/Trafficker who will support the Urology Customer Engagement & activation team – more specifically integration/acquisition activities - as well as other critical initiatives. This role will assist in ensuring smooth operations, efficient resource allocation, and effective communication across teams. The coordinator will manage the re-branding of integration materials, prioritization of assets, managing daily tasks, and supporting the Project Management team in delivering strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Direct project execution by assigning tasks, tracking project schedules, identifying risks, and facilitating team collaboration.
- Manage the prioritization of assets for re-branding across integration workstreams and communicating status to stakeholders.
- Assist with the smooth incorporation of new team members into existing workflows and practices using project management tools (Monday.com).
- Assist in creating a comprehensive marketing framework that outlines processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures for integrating new acquisitions.
- Gather and analyze data from the ongoing integration workstreams to refine and improve the integration process.
- Initiate new marketing deliverable requests and coordination of team members, including the intake, execution, and routing to keep workflows on track.
- Assist in developing a resource forecasting model that accurately predicts resource needs based on historical data and future projections.
Background/Experience:
- Monday.com software system and/or experience using and improving similar project management tools (i.e. Osana)
- Organize & Change management skills
- Adaptability & flexibility
- Ability to organize a team & push tasks forward
- Willingness to do assist with administrative work
- Previous experience working in a regulated industry/enterprise environment
- Spirit of negotiation & can-do mentality
