Location: Hybrid, onsite 2-3 days/week in Atlanta
Duration: 40 hours/week, 12 months, freelance
Rate: $37.50-$45/hr
Our client is a leading quick-service restaurant brand with locations nationwide. They are seeking a Marketing Project Manager for a yearlong engagement starting in early January.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, resources, deliverables, and communications for local marketing projects and activation resources, including local assets, social content, best practice guides, and event-based materials.
- Collaborate across Marketing and cross-functional partners to ensure alignment between national and local strategies.
- Own project setup, tracking, and delivery in Adobe Workfront.
- Anticipate requests, identify risks early, and work with internal partners to keep projects moving forward.
- Serve as a dependable point of contact, providing clarity, care, and proactive communication that keeps teams and partners aligned throughout each phase.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within an agency, in-house agency, marketing, or creative services environment.
- Experience managing market-level creative and local activations.
- Proficiency with Adobe Workfront or comparable project management tools.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a genuine heart to serve.
- Ability to build trust, strengthen relationships, and guide teams toward shared success.
- Calm and flexible under pressure, able to adapt quickly and balance multiple priorities with excellence.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
