The Member Service Advisor (MSA) will provide the highest level of service to our members, as demonstrated through high quality sales performance balanced with high member satisfaction ratings. The MSA specializes in the following:  account opening, maintenance and loan processing.  They will possess strong product knowledge, credit report knowledge and general IRA and HSA duties. The MSA will provide useful counseling to members whose loans have been denied. The MSA will take advantage of cross-sale opportunities by possessing an in-depth product knowledge, the ability to identify member needs and make appropriate recommendations.  In addition to attaining expertise in the above areas, the MSA must demonstrate proficiency and sound understanding of lending and deposit products. The MSA may process deposits, withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments and check cashing, as required.  The MSA will develop and maintain credit union relationships.

Position may offer work from home opportunities, pending specific performance and departmental needs.

Job Qualifications
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Required Minimum Qualifications:* High School diploma or equivalent.  * 2+ years' experience in credit union or financial services industry.* 2+ years' teller and/or cash handling experience.* 2+ years' sales and service experience.* Possess high numerical aptitude.* Be capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. * Possess good written and oral communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Outlook.* Must be able to lift/carry/push up to 50 pounds; Sit/stand approximately 8 hours a day.  * Must be willing to work on weekends, extended hours during the week, attend meetings and training after normal hours of branch operations. * Must be flexible in relieving multiple branch offices in the Atlanta area.* Complies with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:* Associate's Degree in Business or related field.* 5+ year's sales and service experience in credit union or financial services industry.* Bilingual.* Intermediate Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and MS Outlook
