Position: nCino Product Owner

Required: Product Owner background supporting enhancements in nCino (or Salesforce), with Commercial Banking experience

Location: Minneapolis, MN | Charlotte, NC | Chandler, AZ | Irving, TX

Hybrid: 3 days/week on-site | 2 days/week remote

Duration: 12-24 month contract

Type: W2 contract, paid hourly. No C2C, 1099, or third-party submissions will be accepted. Only direct W-2 candidates will be considered.

Pay Rate Range: W2 $65-75/hr

Overview:

Seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of new capabilities on the nCino Bank Operating System, supporting Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking loan origination processes. This role is central to our transformation efforts to digitize and streamline end-to-end workflows, improve operational efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance across lending operations.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, focusing on our Middle Market Banking and Corporate investment banking processes within the nCino and Salesforce platforms.
  • Analyze current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend nCino/Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Support team that configures and optimizes nCino/Salesforce applications to align with business needs, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, development teams, and third-party vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Support system testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect resolution.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring successful adoption of nCino/Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

  • Product Owner/Agile Business Analyst background, gathering requirements, writing user stories, managing product backlogs, etc.
  • Experience supporting projects for nCino such as integrations, enhancements, implementations, configurations, etc.
  • Experience working within commercial banking (commercial lending, loan origination process, collateral, etc)
  • If no nCino, must have experience in commercial lending and supporting enhancements/implementations for Salesforce
