Biweekly Hours: 80.00

Shift: Monday-Friday- 8a-4:30p

Summary:


Manages clinical operations of all Spry Senior sites, ensuring quality, cost-effective, and efficient workflows, and processes between the clinical and operational disciplines, resulting in efficient and responsive patient care delivery and a positive patient experience. Plans, coordinates, and evaluates, in conjunction with other stakeholders, all clinical support staff. Under direction of the Executive Director is accountable for implementing and sustaining operations of current and new initiatives that impact the growth and development of all Spry Senior sites. Ensures that staff are aware and complying with patient safety practices, clinical quality initiatives, maintaining competencies on equipment use, and are following human resources policies. Implements Spry Senior site operations initiatives, standards, and professional development for all personnel under their direction. Serves as a role model and an on-site resource person for patient or practice concerns. Onboards and trains clinical support staff (RNs, Clinical Associates, and other assigned staff). Works collaboratively with the Executive Director Senior Care Practices, Medical Director for Spry Senior, along with providers and support staff in the deployment of opportunities for new or revised programs to ensure access, practice growth as well as an effective, high quality, skilled and motivated workforce. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service expectations of Spry Senior and The MetroHealth System.

Qualifications:

Qualifications: Required: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certification or obtains within 90 days of hire. Specialty Certification. Excellent interpersonal skills along with experience in working with multi-disciplinary groups. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent critical thinking and analytical aptitude. Demonstrates strong interpersonal, verbal/written communication and delegation and problem-solving skills. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing or other Healthcare related field. Experience in planning and analysis, financial management and/or marketing experience along with the related work experience that applies to the specific practice. EPIC template management and Experience with the operation of health care computer systems. Physical Demands: May sit, stand, stoop, bend, and ambulate intermittently during the day. May need to sit or stand for extended periods. Finger dexterity to operate PC keyboard. Ability to hear normal voice sounds. Ability to see computer monitor, nursing schedules, reports.
