This role blends your artistic flair with your technical expertise. You’ll be responsible for creating packaging designs from concept to completion, ensuring they align with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of print production will be essential in bringing these designs to life. This is your chance to see your work on a national scale, influencing consumer perception and contributing to the success of a retail giant.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week required onsite in Framingham, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative and eye-catching packaging designs for a variety of products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare design files for print production, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in packaging design.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Mid-Level Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing packaging design expertise.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience in photo direction.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32.39 to $35.99 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
