Job Description
Florida post acute care facility is seeking a Board Certified Family or Internal Medicine physician to join their team. This position can be either full time or part time and involves rounding in a skilled nursing facility providing high quality care to a diverse patient population. Enjoy sunshine, sandy beaches, and no state income tax in this welcoming Gulf Coast community. Full time or part time, 3-5 days per week. W2 position. No productivity cap on income. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs. Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies. Experience in post-acute, acute, or primary care clinic settings preferred, but not required.
