You'll help lead a high-energy team, ensure smooth service, and deliver memorable moments for our guests.
The salary range for this position is $68,640 - $72,000. This is the pay range Grand Hyatt Indian Wells reasonably expects to pay. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience and education.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience in food & beverage — restaurant or resort-style operations highly preferred
-
Experience as a lifeguard preferred

Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and stays calm under pressure

A hands-on leader who motivates with clear direction and positivity

Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and a flexible schedule

Excellent communicator and team player with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
